14 Day Satisfaction Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your order. If there are quality issues with your purchase or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will gladly accept your return. Please be prepared to provide clear photos of the product(s) on a flat, well lit surface. This will help us to provide you with a timely resolution. Please note that all of our products are made to order and we cannot issue refunds for ordering the wrong size of a product.

 

Cancellations

As mentioned above all of our products are made to order. You may cancel your order at any time before it is sent to production. Production times may vary, however in some cases, this could take place within 30 mins of placing your order. If the order has been sent to production, that means our print partner has already begun working on producing your order. If that is the case, it may no longer be possible to cancel your order free of charge at this point.


Fulfillment Guarantee

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to produce an order and prepare it for shipment. We guarantee to produce all orders and provide a shipping tracking number within 10 business days of the order date. Please note that fulfillment time doesn't include the time it takes for an order to be delivered. 


Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminate errors in future printing.

 

Returns/Refunds

Please note that our products are produced on demand once you place an order and therefore we are only able to offer refunds on merchandise that has either arrived damaged, has quality issues, or the incorrect item has been sent to you in error. In the event your order meets these requirements we will replace the product free of charge so long as you contact us within the 14 days of receiving your order and provide photographs that clearly depict any of the aforementioned requirements. 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out within the 14 day window and we will do our best to work with you to find a resolution and ensure that you are satisfied. Please note that if is determined that your order is eligible for a refund for other reasons than listed above it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping and that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund on the original sales price less shipping.
